We employ people who value the same things. Right now, we have an opening for an Implementation Specialist. If you have the required experience, you know what the role does, and you’d be confident you can excel in it. Although we want people on our team who have worked in large payroll companies, we aren’t looking for people who necessarily like that big box kind of experience. Our Implementation Specialists:

• Have at least 2 years as an employee of a large Payroll Company experience (not meaning working with their software or service as a customer); Execupay experience is highly desirable;
• Have at least 1 year of experience in implementation;
• Love new technology and are quick to adapt to it;
• Possess superior client service skills and meticulous attention to detail;
• Communicate well, both in written and spoken forms; and
• Possess a high level of emotional intelligence, shown in their compassion and empathy.

• Complain about clients, gossip about team members, or place blame;
• Value proving themselves right over team collaboration and success;
• Fail to hold themselves personally accountable;
• Lack a sense of urgency or move at a slow, methodical pace;
• Struggle with or resist change; or who
• Can’t empathize with the unspoken and often unanticipated needs of busy clients.
