About the Role:

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes and driving cost savings through innovative sourcing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead shared services, and implement continuous improvement tools to enhance our efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to drive cost improvements.
Lead cross-enterprise sourcing initiatives and events to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and resolve issues effectively.
Utilize lean principles and process improvement activities to drive positive change.
Provide comprehensive data analytics to track project progress and key performance indicators.
Lead other related supply chain initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and sourcing.
Strong expertise in strategic sourcing processes and supplier relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally and/or internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Professional certification in sourcing/supply chain management.
Experience in deploying lean tools and principles in a multi-Business Unit environment.
