Interim Treasury Manager
Location: Fully remote after one week ramp-up onsite in western Chicago Suburbs
Hourly Pay: $65+ W2 depending on experience/negotiable
Jefferson Wells has the immediate need for an experienced interim Treasury Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working capital management, borrowing base reporting, and treasury operations. This role will primarily involve managing banking relationships, overseeing cash flow, and handling various treasury-related duties.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage banking relationships and negotiate banking services to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Oversee working capital management, including monitoring and analyzing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks
Prepare and maintain a 13-week rolling cash forecast to support financial planning and decision-making
Execute borrowing base reporting and compliance requirements
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of treasury systems and processes
Requirements for consideration:
Proficiency in SAP
Extensive treasury experience with a focus on working capital and borrowing base reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders
This is an interim role starting early February and expecting to last 3 months with a strong possibility of extension.
