Job description

Role-  Accountant/Reconciliation Specialist

Contract at least 6 months could extend.

Schedule-

8:00AM-4:30PM EST (may have flexibility if needed) Hybrid

Monday, Wednesday, Friday remote

Tuesday and Thursday in office at the Malvern

Key Skills-

–Reconciliations (at least 2-3 years’ experience)

-Strong in Microsoft Excel

-Microsoft Great Plains experience

-Attention to detail

-Problem resolution minded (reviewing processes and articulating efficiencies)

-Trouble shooting capabilities

-Communication (candidate must be able to partner with other VC employees to meet donors needs) Example, may be tasked with helping a department with month end reports

-Preferable experience with investment industry

Responsibilities-

-Candidate must be able to take on daily tasks/functions of team in which they are supporting/aligned to

-Month end closings reconciliations-reconcile investing pools

-Support Q and A Brokerage and Trade

-Support Accounts Payable

-Budget Actuals
