About the Role & Program
Disney Character Voices International (DCVI) is part of the Disney Studio Ops team and oversees translation and dubbing services for Disney products around the world, including The Walt Disney Studios, Disney Music Group, Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing and other content production teams. As an intern on the DCVI team, you will help define how Disney’s characters and their iconic performances are reimagined for international audiences. By delivering materials, research, and guidance to our global teams you will help internal and external partners localize our content for global consumption and report to the leader of Localization.

What You Will Do
Responsible for the research, collection, and organization of localized files and data in support of various partner business units
Opportunity to focus on localization and the technology and workflows associated with the support of international releases
Required Qualifications & Skills
Amazing communication skills, both verbal and written
Excels in data analysis and analytical thinking
Ability to multi-task with ease in a fast-paced, and ever-evolving organization
Output focused and meticulous
Strong historical knowledge of Disney film, television and music
Possesses a curiosity for different languages and cultures
Education
Undergraduate students in their Junior or Senior year or recently graduated within the past 6 months preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
The approximate dates of this internship are June through August 2024
Available to work 40 hours per week during a Monday through Friday schedule, business hours
Able to provide own housing/transportation for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, California area
