Essential Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests checking into our resorts
- Schedule guests to meet with the Sales Team for an owner or non-owner update
- Offer gifts to the guests for participating in owner or non-owner update
- Partner with resort staff and obtain guest arrivals for Marketing to book daily during daily shift
- Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, area brochures and other items to guests
- Ability to meet production standards on a weekly basis
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales and or marketing experience preferred, not required
- Ability to consistently achieve minimum production standards
- Ability to perform general computer skills, and work with tablets/smart devices
- Ability to communicate in a clearly and concisely (verbal and written)
- Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment within a shared space
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
