What You'll Do:

Lead and develop our human resources functions with energy and enthusiasm.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with company objectives.
Champion organizational growth and development through strategic planning and implementation.
Take the lead on talent acquisition, ensuring we attract top talent and foster a positive candidate experience.
Design and implement robust onboarding and orientation processes to set our employees up for success.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Lead by example, embodying our company values and promoting a positive work environment for all.
What You'll Bring:

A passion for HR and a track record of success in leadership roles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
A strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.
Relevant qualifications such as a BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
Certification such as PHR/SPHR is highly desirable.
Bilingual in English and Spanish would be a bonus.
