Responsibilities
- Ensure unsurpassed quality operation of friendly and courteous attitudes to all guests and crew.
- Supervise daily marina operations, including dock maintenance and fuel services.
- Responsible for all services offered, quality control, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe dock area, marina store, and adjacent facilities.
- Budget planning and managing expenses.
- Ensure the marina facility is well-maintained, clean, and safe for guests and staff.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all marina activities.
- Effective communication and planning of annual & transient memberships, boat shows, and engagement events.
- Direct supervision, hiring, and coaching of Marina associates.
