Job description

As a restaurant team member at Vinason, you’ll be the first person our customers interact with. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest service quality while consistently creating a clean and inviting environment for our customers is the recipe for success in this role. We’ll provide the training you need to be successful in making our fast, fresh, and friendly food. You’ll proactively build relationships with your peers, creating a positive and respectful work environment. 

What you bring to the table

• Demonstrated commitment to high standards and an eye for fine detail
• A people-friendly, team-oriented, and cheerful disposition (good vibes only)
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build relationships and embrace change
• Ability to make decisions, self-solve, and deal with ambiguity
• Must work well under pressure
• Works in a fast-paced environment
• Have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to work an eight (8) hours+ shift on your feet
• WA food handler's card and MAST license
• Must be 18 years old +
