We are hiring full-time cashiers/sales floor associates to join our team for our Strongsville store at 16160 Pearl Road.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and know how to treat others respectfully and put people first - like we do.

Cashier/Sales Floor Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons, vendors, and associates of Goodwill Industries and their affiliates. You will handle transactions, promote agency programs, and assist with stock rotation, maintenance, and merchandising. Our cashier/sales floor associates help us keep a clean store and are expected to follow all company policies and procedures.
