VP of Operations Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of Operations to join our organization. This role will report directly to the CEO and have an active role on the Leadership Team. The VP of Operations is responsible for leading the operations activities in the organization and ensuring the development and implementation of efficient processes and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
To be successful, the VP of Operations will have strong leadership skills and the ability to drive strategies that meet or exceed company goals. Ultimately, a top-notch VP of Operations will have an in-depth knowledge of the industry and be able to lead a focused effort to align company services with customer demand while driving cost out of the organization to continue delivering value to our customers.
