Job description

Physical Therapist needed for outpatient clinic in Florence, AL

Outpatient experience required
13 week assignment
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectations is 60 patients per week

Position: Therapist
Specialty/Modality: Physical Therapy
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Alabama, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
