Practice Details:
• Join 4 MD's
• Reason for recruitment: Growth and potential retirement
• Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) - integrated EMR system
• between clinic and hospital including imaging.
Clinic Details/Practice Support:
• Administrative Support Staff
• Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them.
Schedule/Volume:
• Expected Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12
• Anticipated volume - Average 25-35 patients/day
• Mix of patients
• Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time
• Both, but eligible for block time after 6 months
• Surgical Robotics available
• Call: 1 in 5 call
• Hospital Call/ER Call? 1 in 5 call
Compensation Package Overview:
• Base Salary with 3-year guarantee
• Quarterly production bonus wRVU

• Schedule Photo Shoot for Press Kit
• Intro Video Taping, Craft Media Release
• Print Items created (Rack/Bio Cards) and help develop relations with other referring providers within Jackson Hospital and the Community.
• Service Line Ads (mags, social media, billboard, media screens, etc.)
