National Retail Account Representative

Job description
Poly-America is currently seeking a National Retail Account Representative to join our Retail Sales department. Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.

- Facilitates a superior customer experience, building and maintaining relationships with some of the company’s largest accounts.
- Reviews daily replenishment orders and shipments, ensuring all orders ship on time and complete.
- Promptly addresses all customer requests and inquiries.
- Prepares sales reports, compliance reports, and assists with market research.
- In partnership with the National Account Manager, helps ensure customer performance targets are met and exceeded.
- Takes an active role in learning about the company’s products, the markets in which we participate, and our retailer businesses.
- Prepares and provides periodic business reviews when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales-related position preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Desire for advancement, within a Sales-related role
- Experience working on large retailer accounts preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
