Pay:

• $2,120 - $2,260/week

RN Case Manager/Registered Nurse Job Details:

Responsible for providing care and services for a group of patients, visiting patients wherever they call home which could include in-patient and out-patient facilities. This position is a contributing member of the interdisciplinary team, providing expertise regarding psych-social assessments, interventions, and knowledge of community sources. The Registered Nurse (RN) will work as an RN Case Manager.

RN Case Manager/Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Case Management Experience preferred.
• AK RN License in good standing.
• Active BLS.
• Clean background check upon hire.
