Responsible for moderate level of administrative, logistical and technical duties in the pre-production and production of live and scripted education programs. Will be responsible for creation and oversight of moderately complex video programming, working with staff/physician/consultant/scientist. These videos will have a high level of quality with high level of complexity. The Content Production Specialist oversees all operational aspects of video production including curriculum identification and development, faculty communication and coordination, content capture logistics, external and internal resource oversight, and digital asset management. Utilizes and demonstrates organizational skills, creativity, self-motivation, and a high degree of production and project management skill. Must have ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously including budget development and resource management.

QualificationsBachelor's degree with a minimum of four (4) years' relevant experience in curriculum content development, media production, and digital image OR Associate degree and six (6) years' relevant experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years’ relevant experience required. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Project management or personnel management. Prior experience in video or other content production specifically in the medical education or health care field.
