Duck Donuts is looking for an individual with an outgoing, friendly and motivating personality, to fill the position of Shift Manager. We are interviewing now for someone who is proud to represent our unique and fun concept!
Shift Manager Requirements and Responsibilities • This person should have the ability to take initiative and effectively resolve conflicts.
• Ability to multi-task and lead the team through busy hours
• Experience in QSR, fast-casual or retail
• Ensures the store delivers a great product and outstanding customer service in a clean and welcoming
atmosphere.
• Responsible for assisting the store manager with maintaining and increasing sales and profits for the
store thru administration duties, cash and inventory controls and execution of policies and procedures.
•
Have high standards for cleanliness and organization and work together with the team to maintain them • Previous experience in a leadership role
