The Closing Coordinator handles all starts/permits and closings for the division. This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between the sales managers, sales representatives, construction, preferred lender and Title Company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 1.Coordinate all necessary documents, appraisals, and inspections with lenders and Title Company on pending loans. 2.Review and distribute all daily starts with Operations leadership. Handle permitting process 3.Maintain data entry for Starts and Closings report. 4.Manage the daily starts and closings meetings - gather and update all pertinent information 5.Manage pending sale process. Track sales reporting and open escrow. 6.Coordinate contract process, including auditing of all contracts. Track Loan Approval EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Minimum of a high school education; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Prefer at least over 2 years of builder Contract Coordination and/or Starts/Permitting experience. Previous title company or lender experience also acceptable.
