Role: Biology Scientist 2
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Location: San Diego, CA 92121-1106
Role Type: Hybrid (minimum three days on-site, potential for two days remote)
Skills Looking For:
- Strong background in immunology, biology, and flow cytometry
- Demonstrated proficiency in flow cytometry analysis software, such as FlowJo(BD-owned software) or FCS Express
- Extensive laboratory experience, including handling human and animal tissue(only Mouse) samples.
- Working with safe reagents avoiding complex models, viruses, and highly hazardous materials.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in preparing and presenting research reports
- Familiarity with molecular biology techniques and protein expression assays
- Candidates should also have experience in preparing and presenting research reports.
- Analyze data that has been generated during the week and write reports are mostly PowerPoint
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Immunology, or related field
- Minimum of two years of laboratory experience
- PhD candidates are overqualified
