Job description

Provide assistance for office daily operations, including assist students, faculty, and staff. Identify, gather, and interpret data to provide program and process improvement recommendations. Update all program materials including printed and electronic resources. Coordinate student and faculty program, clinical, and health requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing Education, this regular full-time support staff position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexible or extended hours during peak times.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Associate degree from and accredited college or university  AND one (1) year of relevant experience  OR one (1) year of post-secondary education from an accredited college or university  AND two (2) years of relevant experience  OR  three or more (3+) years of relevant experience.
  2. Minimum of two (2+) years of related experience in an active, multi-tasked, automated work environment.
  3. Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook or similar level applications at an intermediate level.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Educational focus in Management, Business, Communication, Education, or other related discipline.
  2. Previous management and/or administrative experience.
  3. ACEMAPP software experience.
