Workplace Coordinator Highlights: IntelliSource is excited to partner with our client to hire a full time Workplace Coordinator. This position is for someone who is a self-starter who is extremely thorough, who possess outstanding organizational skills, and demonstrates diligence throughout the entire coordination process through project completion for numerous projects. T his individual will have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. *Pay is based on experience $24 to $27 an hour*
What you will be doing as a Workplace Coordinator: - Manage moves and makes changes according to space plan updates.
- Ensure an outstanding & fun experience in the workplace by assisting in continuous monitoring of ALL spaces throughout the facility.
- Conduct space walks daily
- Managing all email WP/Facility requests.
- Track all WP requests and dispatch to the appropriate WP member. You will confirm all requests and see through completion. Some tasks may involve coordination, scheduling, and purchase order oversight.
- You will be in charge of WP Task Tracking Log (examples: Reactive tasks---broken desk, leaky faucet, new pedestal, air conditioning request).
- You will be responsible for WP Facility Project Tracking Log. This log should include all budgets, schedules, scopes, etc.
- Coordination of furniture deployment and maintain the furniture inventory with the assistance of the Workplace Associates.
- Oversee vendor on-boarding for all new vendors from setting up as a new vendor through safety orientation.
- In conjunction with other WP representatives, assist with WP process creation, implementation and maintenance. Always consider CIP—continuous improvement process!

- Ability to work weekends/night as needed in order to meet the schedule demand.(required)
- A strong software suite knowledge base highly recommended including space planning software.
- Creating an excellent workplace may require you to take on Workplace and Facility tasks that may be beyond your typical day-to-day responsibilities. The ability to take these on is what makes WP!
