THE POSITION: We are looking for a Civil Foreman (MODS). The pay range we offer is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. We offer a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and your experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Civil Foreman (MODS) is responsible for leading and supervising a team of technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing civil infrastructure for telecommunications equipment. The Civil Foreman will also oversee all team members' safety and ensure compliance with all company and industry safety regulations. Installing, maintaining, and repairing civil infrastructure for telecommunications equipment includes but is not limited to foundations, grounding systems, and underground utilities.
Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety regulations.
Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all crew members and equipment.
Review and approve all work completed by the team.
Maintain accurate records of all work completed and materials used.
Communicate effectively with the project manager and customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing civil infrastructure for telecommunications equipment.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
Experience with excavation and underground utilities is a plus.
Experience with concrete work is a plus.
