Job description

EARN SALARY PLUS COMMISSION while expanding your career into the custom home building industry as a Sales Consultant with Classic Homes of Maryland. We are an award-winning design-build home builder with over 35 years of experience. We’re looking for exceptional new home sales professionals to be a part of our growing sales team.

Our business model, background, and marketing efforts attract a wide variety of customers. Clients include international investors, doctors, lawyers, and area business owners. Available architectural models range from transitional to modern farmhouse to luxury estate homes.

The Sales Consultant will follow up with qualified prospects, understand their dream home goals, and assist with choosing the right homesite and design process, whether starting from one of our portfolio plans or from scratch with one of our award-winning architects.

Work with a dedicated team of architects, interior designers, and construction professionals who are passionate about designing and building amazing homes while providing an outstanding customer experience. The Sales Consultant begins the process of building the client-builder relationship, setting the tone for each project's success.

As the project progresses through the entire design-build process, you remain an integral part of the team, sharing your knowledge of the client and ensuring that the entire team has the information necessary to address the client's needs.

The Sales Consultant will receive continuous training toward developing expert knowledge of the Classic Homes portfolio and design service processes, timeline, financing, lot assessment, and design possibilities.
