We're in need of a Legal Assistant (bilingual/Spanish is a PLUS) with exceptional organization skills who loves helping people and making connections. We offer promising growth opportunities in a no drama environment in a modern office in Newport Beach.Don't worry, we aren't old school - we love utilizing technology (i..e we are paperless, we text clients, use electronic signatures) to help continue to push our client's cases forward as efficiently as possible. We only want to work with the best doctors to help our clients get back to where they were pre-collision. Attention to detail, customer service skills, and creativity are mandatory. A surprisingly relaxed atmosphere, we focus on making sure we hire the right fit for our team culture.
- Assisting Case Managers, Paralegals, Attorneys w/personal injury cases- Previous experience as Legal Assistant - ENTRY LEVEL position
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Great attitude and a big smile - we like to hire happy people.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Someone who enjoys helping others
- High level of focus on details.
- Ability to multi-task with close attention to detail
- Bilingual Spanish preferred (not required)
- Ability to work M-F full time between hours of 8-630pm (8 hours/day)
