JOB DESCRIPTION

SUPERVISOR: Site Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Instructs and measures training progress of student Airborne System Engineers who train in established aircrew training curriculum.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent. Must earn an associate degree within two years of contract start. Instructors hired after initial two years of the contract must earn an associate degree within twelve months of hire.

Required Training and Experience: Previous experience within last five years as an ASE in any RC-135 model (RC-135S/U/V/W) or qualified as an ASE contract instructor in an aircraft listed above within the preceding two years .

Previous flight instructor experience in any RC-135 model.

Must complete a formal CRI course within six months after start of training as an instructor. Completion of the ACC Classroom Instructor or MAJCOM equivalent satisfies the CRI requirement.

Desired Training and Experience: More than 1,000 flying hours in aircraft listed above. Previous flight evaluator experience in any RC-135 model. Previous experience as an academic platform instructor or as a training device (simulator) instructor. Multiple position qualified in aircraft listed above within the preceding two years.

General Skills: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and oral communication skills; handle multiple tasks; flexible in work assignments; and work with little to no supervision .

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI access. Must be able to successfully complete a polygraph to use NSA NET.
