Job description
We are looking for an assistant chocolatier to help our chocolatier in the daily tasks. The applicant should be creative, artistic, clean and organized and bring new ideas to our current selection of products. The applicant should be well versed in tempering chocolate manually (we currently do not have a tempering machine. Tempering is done on a marble slab), ganaches, molding chocolate, dipping, coloring and spraying techniques. Knowledge in pate de fruits making, caramels, chocolate panning is a plus.
Monday to Friday position.
