• Lead sales and business development efforts
• Grow into running operations, develop project teams, budget, client interaction, develop new business opportunities
• Leadership role of developing personnel and all processes
• Projects include Installation, Service, Engineering and Managing Access Control, Surveillance, VMS, Intrusion Detection systems and Integration
• Base salary plus Commission and Bonus structure
