The Human Resources Division (HRD) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Classification & Compensation Analyst. The position provides technical advice and guidance to agency management, division HR, and agency staff regarding classification and compensation determinations. The position is responsible for maintaining consistent application of the State of Arizona classification and compensation systems by ensuring positions are correctly classified and conducting salary analysis for conformity to applicable Federal and State laws, and Personnel Rules.

This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Retirement

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the State sponsored retirement contribution plan and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) program after a 27-week waiting period. The ASRS defined benefit plan provides for life-long income upon retirement. You will also have the option to participate in a voluntary deferred compensation program to take advantage of tax-deferred retirement investments.
