Job description

This is a great opportunity for you to build and improve the current predictive and preventative maintenance programs as you see fit and do small project work. This site in the Philadelphia suburbs was purchased two years ago by an international polymer additives company. This medium sized plant uses blenders, milling machines, filters, and dryers. They have recently implemented a CMMS (Emaint) system with plans to invest in new expansions. The primary focus of this role is supporting the predictive maintenance program, improving, and documenting maintenance procedures, and planning long-term improvements. Other responsibilities include some reactive maintenance and small project work. This person reports to the Plant Manager who is a great mentor. Staff includes other engineers, and normal working hours.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 3+ years of maintenance and reliability experience out of chemicals, foods, resins, and ideally with rotating equipment
• Should be strong in predictive maintenance or have some predictive with extensive small project work
• PSM, Emaint (maintenance tracking), and controls experience are pluses
