**This is a 1+yr contract position**
**Position will be onsite in downtown San Bernardino, CA**
**Rate range: 1099 or C2C: $95 - $115/hr, W2: $80 - $100/hr**

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years software development PM experience
- 3+ years as PM on HCM project(s)
- 3+ years with RFP process, contract negotiation, vendor and portfolio management

It is a plus if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Current PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
- Previous functional/technical HCM, Payroll and Financials implementation and deployment experience in a consulting role in a government setting
