Job description

The Lifeway Media team is seeking a Creative Producer who will lead the direct execution of media projects and content (videos, motion graphics, etc.) for Marketing, Events, and Leadership resources. Specific responsibilities include developing, writing, and pitching concepts, leading full production shoots, and collaborating with cinematographers, producers, and editors to complete assigned projects

This is a hybrid remote/in-office position located in the greater Nashville, TN area and relocation assistance is available. #LI-Hybrid

This hybrid role welcomes anyone with the skills, either currently or willing to relocate to Middle Tennessee, to apply!

You’ll spend time collaborating in-person with the team, while also having the flexibility to work from home 1-3 days per week.  

• Provides creative and technical direction on all video, audio and electronic media projects as needed
• Coordinates and manages aspects of video production and corporate processes from concept to delivery
• Manage relationships with internal and external clients to better advance current projects as well as future projects
• Check content for Biblical accuracy, theological alignment and errors through the production process.
• Oversees and establishes creative direction for various projects
• Meets legal requirements, organizes logistics, instructs the production and post-production process, meeting deadlines
• Communicates cross-functionally with appropriate teams throughout project lifecycle
• Enlists and develops a balanced contingent of multimedia creative contractors in suport of Media Creative
• Continues ongoing professional development and training to stay aware of current technology and creative trend 
• Conducts leadership training conferences or other related events and participates in responding to customer inquiries
• Contributes to other tasks as assigned throughout the Media team
• Recommends strategic ideas and plans for using media and technology
• 15-25% travel required, sometimes overnight

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Degree - Communication Theory, Fine arts, Broadcasting/Film/Television/Recording sciences, related field or requisite experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 5 years video-audio production
• 5 years indirect leadership and influence of cross-functional teams
• 5 years logistics & budget management
• 3 years contract & vendor coordination
• Demonstrated exellence in verbal and written communication
• Successful track record of creative, interpersonal, and business interactions
• An educational media orientation
