Job description

We are hiring amazing coaches for each of our three facilities. Our developmental program, Soccer Bugs, works with children as young as 18 months old up to 6 years old. Soccer Bugs is more than just a ball and a great coach though. We are a stepping stone in the growth of each child. Our program combines child development techniques with the sport of soccer to progress a child’s fine & gross motor skills, cognitive thinking, and social skills.
Locations:
We offer five different sessions throughout the year, Summer, Fall, Winter 1, Winter 2, and Spring!
Shift Times at The 422 Sportsplex: Weeknights 4:30pm-7:30pm, Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm
Training & Collaboration : required weekly, before weekday classes 4-4:30pm or after weekend classes 12:30-1pm.
Compensation : starting $10/hour with opportunity for performance based raises, retention bonuses, and employee perks at each facility.
