Job description

We are looking for a motivated Asst Manager to work in the kitchen doing food prep, pizza making, oversee daily operations, supervise employees, handle cash, opening /closing the restaurant. and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Starting hourly pay $18.00

To be successful as an Asst Manager, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top Asst Manager should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in some type of management role in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Confident problem-solver.
• Team player.
• Will be provided with a Ca Food Handler Card
• Will be provided with a CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Responsibilities:

• Food prep, pizza making and kitchen clean up
• Supervising employees and assigning duties.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
