Wilmington, Awning, Shutter & Shade is a leading Hurricane Shutters, Awnings, and Motorized Screens manufacturer and installation company. We are proud to be serving the industry for over 40 years.

We are seeking a self-starting, skilled professional to join our Install team in the Wilmington area. 

Duties would include but not limited to:

• Install new products on exterior openings (residential/commercial).
• Maintain & repair shutters, awnings, and screens (residential/commercial).
• Maintain a clean and safe work site.
• Responsible for setup on jobsite, loading, and unloading of materials from truck.
• Maintain & complete all necessary paperwork.
• Respect customers' personal property on job sites and communicate with the customer in a professional manner.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Willingness to work as a team or independently.
• Experience with hand power tools, construction or relevant background.
• Work on scaffolding, booms and ladders. Experience with general construction equipment set up a plus.
• Ability to speak or read English is preferred, but not required.
