Job description

Are you a Construction Superintendent with experience managing projects in the Medical/Healthcare field? Do you have a background with modern construction and project management softwares? Are you regularly involved with handling scheduling, overseeing quality and safety efforts, and collaborating with upper management?

We are looking to bring on a Construction Superintendent with a background working on Medical/Healthcare properties to help oversee our projects to ensure that our teams are working efficiently, safely, and effectively.

What You Will Be Doing

- Run portfolio of projects ranging from $5M - $50M+ in the healthcare industry
- Interpret and determine project specifications and scopes of work based on end client needs
- Maintain and create documentation of records for each project ranging from budgets to scheduling and material orders
- Handle preconstruction efforts meeting with subcontractors and crews
- Ensure safe and productive job sites and conduct regular training sessions with crews

What You Need for this Position

The Construction Superintendent must have at least 5 years experience in a Superintendent role and be familiar with:

- Proven background working with Medical/Healthcare Construction
- Performing safety inspections on job sites and training crew/subcontractors on safety standards (OSHA, etc.)
- Creating orders for materials, tools, and equipment as needed for each project
- Overseeing subcontractors from bids to ensuring they complete their scope of work
- Experience with modern construction software platforms (ProCore, BlueBeam, etc.)
- High School diploma or GED is required

Nice to Have:

- Managing projects of $10M or more
- OSHA certifications
- Bachelor's Degree
