The transformation team is passionate about data, process, and systems initiatives to enable finance teams to spend more time on analysis and storytelling and less time crunching numbers. We’re a small but mighty team that deeply understands how finance and Disney operate. We heavily partner with finance teams across multiple functions to understand, develop, and implement solutions to complex issues. With multiple projects ongoing, no day is ever the same.
You will work on projects to provide long-term operating efficiencies across segments, research data, systems, and tools to streamline processes, and partner with internal and external clients to strengthen how teams operate cohesively in their respective business segments, just to name a few.
Gained abilities through Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration coursework.

Diligent while leading multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
Collaborative attitude combined with the ability to work independently.
Data analytics mentality.
Ability to structure projects and handle ambiguous data.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Data Visualization (i.e., Tableau) and Business Intelligence Tools experience and proficiency.
Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field of study.
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within six months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.
This is an onsite internship based out of our Burbank, CA location.
Program Dates: Approximately May/June 2024 through August 2024. Interns will work 40 hours per week and must be fully available throughout the internship.
Must provide own housing for the duration of the internship. Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
