Front-end Web Developer Req. # 12230 Company Name TA Category Marketing Location US-DE-New Castle Type Regular Full-Time Overview TA Instruments is seeking a front-end web developer to join ourglobal Marketing team. Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to Design, implement, test, and deploy innovative new features and functionality for corporate websites and other digital media to provide an outstanding user experience. Troubleshoot issues to full resolution. Participate in cross functional teams to conceptualize and create new digital media that drives revenue. Research emerging technologies and trends in digital and web design that fit, support, and accelerate our goals. Collaborate with the web team and digital campaign managers to administer all corporate websites, including translations and localization. Ensure quality and consistency across all browsers and interfaces, including maintaining graphic and branding standards. The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following Requirements: Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a four (4) year degree program in Web Development, Information Sciences, or other relevant field, and 1-5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A portfolio of original work is mandatory for all applicants. Qualifications: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive website design. A thorough understanding of UI/UX and design principals. Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. Familiarity with a CMS (WordPress), SEO, and site traffic optimization. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, XD). Experience with marketing automation software is a plus. Experience with Google Analytics and Adwords is a plus. The Ideal Candidate: Has a keen attention to detail. Is able to effortlessly manage multiple projects and timelines. Is passionate about great design and customer experience. Enjoys working on a high-performing, collaborative team. Loves solving challenging problems and can adapt seamlessly to the changing and unique needs of the scientific markets. Is an expert oral, visual, and written communicator.
