As a Scrum Master in Walmart's InfoSec department this role will be an enabler of our vision to be a to be a fully optimized Technical Portfolio Organization and support our mission to drive the security strategy outcomes through portfolio management practices and trust for Information Security solutions and services.  

This position will focus on the delivery of team level deliverables, ensure the planning and prioritization of work, align work to resources and sprint schedules/timelines.  Partner with Security teams to help them achieve their goals and objectives.

What you'll do:

Aligns directly to an agile team and manages the day-to-day delivery for the team. This includes projects and operational delivery.

•Establishes and maintains Agile process for team, facilitates work intake for team, facilitates backlog prioritization, fosters team environment, leads Sprint and PI planning, leads team agile ceremonies (retro/daily scrum), leads continuous agile maturity for team​

•Manages team backlog, manages team working agreement, partners with Project and Program Managers, plans and manages small team level projects, reports on team delivery metrics, removes delivery impediments, manages procurement for team level initiatives
