They will develop and implement recruiting and business development strategies, implement, implementing and fostering solid client relationships that will assist with driving candidate's attraction and placement with various clients

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- In partnership with the executive management team, you will assist with developing and implementing strategies for teams that ensure client satisfaction.
- Coach, mentor, and develop multiple staffing managers to customize successful ways to drive individual and team results.
- Design, track, and analyze team and individual goals.
- Provide meaningful insights to recruitment teams to improve processes and drive candidate acquisition.
- Challenge modify and execute existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing, assessing, and onboarding qualified talent.
- Encourage a culture of service, integrity, and collaboration.
- Display dedication and behavior that support the mission, values, and vision of the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in recruitment.
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Demonstrated strength in recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
- Ability to routinely meet, adjust, and change operational objectives based on clients' needs.
- Familiarity with software applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
