Job description
Hooker Creek Companies LLC, is a local construction material supplier recruiting for a Diesel Mechanic .
The Diesel Mechanic performs maintenance on diesel trucks in our shop. The Mechanic must have general diesel engine repair knowledge and experience. They must have strong electrical and hydraulic engine experience as well as general undercarriage knowledge including brakes and transmissions. The ideal candidate will have two years or more of diesel mechanical experience and experience with Insight or other similar computer program. Previous welding experience is a plus. Successful candidates will possess both technical/mechanical skills as well as a commitment to safety, customer service and pride in doing a job well done. We will consider an apprentice or entry level mechanic.
