Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Marriott General Manager responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager will be responsible for driving revenue managing staff maintaining guest relations implementing operational strategies and ensuring that all hotel departments are working efficiently and effectively.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a Marriott hotel or comparable brand
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in driving revenue and managing budgets
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a strong relationship with the owners of the property
• Evidence of a successful track record in customer satisfaction and quality assurance
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality or similar field
• Masters in business administration (MBA) is a plus
