Job description
Job Title: CAD/Revit Designer
Location: San Clemente CA
Salary: $75k-$115k DOE
Requirements: CD, DD prep, Multi-Family, Hospitality
- Preparation of design development drawings, construction documents for specific projects
- Assure project documents meet required design objectives
- Coordinate with firm's Design Director on technical adequacy, quality control
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD with Revit for personally producing drawings.
- Preferred experience rendering with Revit
- Perform project construction administration services from the office and periodic site visits
- Coordinate Interior Design Documents with consultants/ associated firms, when needed
- 4+ years experience preparing DD's and CD's, design and technical execution of commercial, hospitality, multi-family residential projects
- Familiarity with high-rise construction preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software for project management and reporting
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for preparation of design and construction documents
- Bachelors preferred
