As the Machine Builder you would be responsible for constructing and building machines used for temperature control in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Duties/Responsibilities - Client out, plan and perform a wide variety of mechanical assemblies consisting of sub-assembly work through to finished assembly of temperature control units.
- Work with blueprints and schematics to assemble units, determine placement of components, sub-assemblies and other parts.
- Use common power tools, hand tools, and measuring gages.
- Perform brazing, soldering, and tack welding.
Pay and Shift info - Starting pay is based on experience.
- 1 st shift, 6:30 am 3:30 pm with ability to work OT as needed.
- Temp to Hire opportunity with the company.
Skills/Qualifications - 2 or more years' experience in machine building.
- Experience with pipe fitting and/or tube bending is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Experience with HVAC is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Will be subject to a pre-employment screening.
