Job description
Bachelor degree or above, subject in science, technology, engineering, programming, robotics ...or relevant subjects. Chinese with overseas academic qualifications. (Teaching language: English, Chinese, Bilingual) Work experience of teaching and curriculum developing, preferably with children and young adolescents. Be familiar with teaching and interaction, with clear, lively, joyful expressive, for 3 ~ 15 years old students. Good and experienced in monitoring student performance during classes. Experience in teaching IB Design Technology is highly preferred, but not a must. TESOL or TEFL certified would be a plus A passion for fostering STEAM skills and creating an attractive learning environment A good communicator within the team and to parents and other stakeholders Candidates must already be in China. You will be a highly effective and dynamic classroom teacher, with a genuine commitment to put students first. To develop curriculum subject in STEAM by PBL teaching methodology. It includes but not limited to robotics, Scratch/Python programming, creative maker...etc. courses in Science and Innovation. To design lessons that fulfill the teaching objectives to improve students’ knowledges, skills and competencies, by various method of classroom/workshop projects. To do regular performance assessment and analyze personalized growth plan for students.
