Compensation:
- Salary Range - $90,000 - $105,000
- Annual Management Bonus incentives

Responsibilities:
- Incorporate guest satisfaction into staff meetings, with a focus on coming up with new methods to enhance performance over time
- Develop and implement strategies to guarantee a positive experience that surpasses guest expectations
- Evaluate candidates and conduct interviews to maintain proper staffing levels in all departments
- Communicate with all department management teams to ensure that operations run smoothly
- Manage the budgets of all departments, including purchase journals, expenses, capital requests, and quarterly deviation reports
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar field is required
- OSHA 30 certification, is recommended
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of business is recommended
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds
- Must have full availability
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License
- Certifications related to the industry are a plus
- Proficient in using business software such as accounting software, CRM software, document software, Microsoft Office suite, and other applicable software
