Job Title: Service Operator - Halliburton Style Cementer- Operate and maintain a Halliburton-style cement truck, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
- Assists in the operation of some or all of the following: cement pumping and mixed equipment, blenders, liquid additive metering systems, centrifugal pumps, data acquisition systems, Automatic Density Control (ADC) systems, bulk cement blending, delivery, and storage systems, manifold equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools.
- Perform cementing operations in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Prepare cement slurries and additives, ensuring accurate mixing and consistency.
- Conduct pre-job equipment inspections, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
- Collaborate with drilling engineers and other team members to plan and execute cementing operations effectively.
- Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document and maintain accurate records of cementing operations, including job reports, equipment logs, and maintenance records.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to cementing operations.
- Proven experience with operating a Halliburton-style cement truck.
- Strong knowledge of cementing procedures, equipment operation, and industry standards.
- Exceptional mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining cementing equipment, including cement trucks and related machinery.
- Salary: $65k-$95k
