Job Title: Digital Fulfillment Coordinator
Job Type: FT/Salaried, Non-exempt (eligible for OT)

This role supports the JPIX Operations team with the management of School Picture Day digital data and processing materials. We are seeking a team member to help fulfill daily business operational needs to support this fast-growing division.
YOU WILL:
Deliver.
- Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to fulfill daily business operational needs
- Manage and execute the photo processing flow to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Daily oversight of the Admin Dashboard and provide status updates to the Senior Manager, Operations – Digital Fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service to schools, sales representatives, and vendors primarily through phone calls and email communications
- Assist on projects in our warehouse related to our photography equipment
Support.
- Serve as the liaison with the school Operations Team and manage inquiries for all Digital Fulfillment and IT related concerns
- Collaboration with the Field and Equipment Team to resolve data issues
- Assist the Operations Leadership Team with any operational and support activities as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated Customer Care inquiries
- Learning and implementing several different technology platforms
Strengthen.
- Create efficiency improvements and documentation of procedures
- Assist in the training and daily activities of 3 – 5 seasonal employees with production process:
YOU HAVE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years related work experience in a similar role(s)
- Customer facing customer service experience
- Extremely strong attention to detail and organization in a defined process
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable sitting in front of a computer 90% of the time
- Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Adept with technology and learning new software applications
- Flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs
- Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven
Preferred:
- Experience and interest in photography
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Background or keen understanding of technology
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
