Job description

The Extrusion Operator works at the direction of the Production Senior Lead and the Production Supervisor to ensure that the company safely and efficiently produces the highest quality products. This person is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all extrusion production equipment and performing minor repairs as directed or trained. Actively and professionally trains less experienced full time and temporary associates in order to meet and exceed the company's production needs.

Requirements:

• 3 years of manufacturing experience
• 2 years of experience of machine operating
• Experience in plastics, thermoforming and extrusion is preferred

Compensation: (paid biweekly)

• $17.50 an hour (hiring manager determines top compensation)

Other details:

• Full time position
• 12-hour shifts from 7 to 7
• 2 days on, 2 days off, and 3-day weekends
• Must be able to work both shifts if needed
• 30 days of training on 8-hour shifts
