We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee our projects in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the construction industry, coupled with proven leadership skills to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Engage with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
- Supervise and mentor construction teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to construction plans and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit project reports, budget updates, and other documentation as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required.
- A minimum of seven years of experience as a superintendent for multi-trade construction projects with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers CQM Certification preferred.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead various types of meetings including client meetings and design sessions.
Salary range $90K to $135K
