Schedule for the Patient Coordinator
Full Time and Part Time available
Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM
Occasional Saturday 7AM - 4PM
Requirements and Responsibilities for the Patient Coordinator
Previous experience in a dental office or related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Eaglesoft software. Onsite training provided
Knowledge of dental billing and insurance procedures.
Greet and assist patients in a welcoming manner, managing appointments, and addressing inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing the appointment calendar for the dental office.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all necessary information is collected and updated, and handle confidential patient information with discretion.
Handle front desk billing tasks, process insurance claims, and provide support in financial transactions related to patient visits.
Collaborate with the dental team to relay important information, address patient concerns, and ensure a seamless flow of communication within the office. Treatment coordinator role when needed.
